I wanted to create this podcast series, together with my long-time student Gregory, to share some of the wisdom I’ve gleaned over the years as a yogi and Tibtetan Buddhist teacher and practitioner.
It’s my heartfelt wish that by listening to these light-hearted and insightful conversations that you’ll learn how to best navigate these turbulent times with great skill and compassion, through the lens of Buddha Dharma.
The first two three podcasts are free to everyone so you can get a taste of what it’s all about. If you like it and want to subscribe, there is a nominal cost of five dollars a month or fifty dollars a year. If money is an issue, just drop a line and we’ll set you up with a gratis subscription.
A new podcast will be uploaded every other Friday, with little tidbits of wisdom posted in between to support the topics we talk about in the episodes. These posts, along with the meditations from the podcasts, will be available for everyone to read and listen to.
